This is permanent and takes effect immediately. There is no grace period, no recovery window, and no backup we can restore you from.
Deleting your account erases your sign-in, your character, and everything you have earned — credits, vehicles, unlocks, discoveries and records. Credits and items you paid for are destroyed and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Records of real-money purchases are retained without your account attached to them, because tax, accounting and payment-dispute rules require it — for as long as those rules require, and then deleted.
They keep an internal identifier, which also stays on your anonymised daily play counts — so those two records remain connected to each other, and the store can connect its own order number to whoever paid. We will not tell you the leftovers are beyond all possible re-identification.
Chat reports filed about you are kept until their own 90-day expiry, with your display name stripped. Reports you filed are deleted immediately, rather than waiting for that expiry.
This is the one place where deleting your account does not remove something about you, and the reason is deliberate: if deletion erased every report filed about an account, anybody could clear the record against them by deleting an account they had finished with anyway — and reporting would be a button that does nothing. What is left is the message, the time, and a random identifier pointing at an account that no longer exists.
Your daily play counts are anonymised rather than deleted: your name is stripped and the counts stay, so historical player numbers do not silently change. Everything else goes. Section 8 of the privacy policy sets all of this out in full, row by row.
If you never made an account there is no account to delete — but your progress is saved on our servers, under a random identifier your browser holds. Clearing the site data for mythwild.com (or uninstalling the app) does not delete it: it destroys your only copy of that identifier, so neither you nor we can ever reach the record again. What is left holds a character name and game statistics, and nothing that identifies you.
